UNIT 9 : NATURAL DISASTERS
LESSON 1 : GETTING STARTED & LISTEN AND READ
I. Objectives: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to get to know and use new words about weather and natural disasters, understand the information in a weather forecst.
II. Language contents:
- Vocabulary: earthquake, forecast, thunderstorm, trust, typhoon, volcano, expect.
- Grammar: Relative clauses, Adverb clause of concession
III.Teachniques: matching, pair work, true false statement.
IV. Teaching aids: pictures, cassette, colored chalk, ruler, books, sub-board.
V. Procedures:
